Say hello to our crowd pleasing Chocolate Cake!

Unlike most chocolate cakes, ours is light and fluffy, but stable enough to stack and tier. It has a smooth chocolate flavour that is not overly sweet and matches well with all of our chocolate ganaches 🍫

This cake is a stand out on it’s own but also pairs beautifully with freeze dried fruits or caramlised nuts. Our favourite combination is with a whipped white chocolate ganache and caramelised walnuts.
