Dark Chocolate Ganache

For the chocolate lovers who are after a slightly more tart flavour.

A limited number of flavours can be added to this ganache and it can be coloured with edible paint, although for a ganache more suited for colour, we recommend our white chocolate ganache.

This ganache pairs well with freeze dried fruits, caramel and candied nuts.
