Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Our family are HUGE strawberry fans. Every summer we go to a local self picking farm for a day of fruit picking. We always end up with kilos of different summer fruits, but the house favourite still remains – the humble strawberry.

Made from our Swiss Meringue Buttercream, we add our housemade strawberry extract and reduction to give that all natural strawberry flavour.
