All of our ganache is made with couvuture chocolate and can be ordered in white, milk or dark chocolate variations.

Our ganache is silky smooth and is whipped to create a light texture that is just waiting to be the star feature of your next cake..

Flavours and colours can be easily added to white chocolate ganache. Milk and Dark chocolate can be flavoured and stencil designs or edible paint can be applied to the ganache.
