White Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream
The name might be a mouthtful (pun intended), but I have never had anyone regret mixing a little chocolate into their buttercream.
What I love about this buttercream, is that it isn’t sickly sweet – like you might need a trip to the dentist if you ate too much! – the white chocolate adds a layer of flavour and texture that pairs well with any of our cakes.
This buttercream can also be easily coloured to create a beautiful design of your choice, on your cake.
